Mentor Coaching (ICF)
As per ICF, credentialing candidates must complete 10 hours of Mentor Coaching prior to submitting their application. They are required to partner with a Mentor Coach with a minimum of 3 of the10 mentoring hours as one-on-one with the mentor coach and maximum of seven hours as group mentoring.

Anu offers Mentor Coaching that accomplishes ICF ACC and PCC level mentor coaching requirements in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process. In alignment with the ICF Core Competencies, she provides interactive coaching, feedback through observed or recorded coaching sessions.
